Licensed Family Homeopath & Mindfulness Teacher
My life's purpose has always been in the holistic health and natural healing field, over the past two decades I have been blessed to work with many people in my practice; ranging from all aspects of women and children's health conditions to support for mental health and anxiety.
I'm passionate about supporting and empowering people to dismantle the conditions that have created dis-ease and to help them find ways to naturally heal and improve their health (physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually).
I found homeopathy in my late teens, when I managed to get a referral on the NHS to the Royal London Homeopathic Hospital (now known as the Royal London Hospital of Integrated Medicine) for my skin condition Acne, after six months of treatment I began to see big improvements in my skin and overall well-being.
I revisited Homeopathy years later when I was seeking a more natural and non toxic avenues to support my pregnancy, I used a Homeopathic birth kit throughout my childbirth, post natal healing and to address many of my son's illnesses when he was young. Having witnessed first hand the results of using homeopathy on myself and family, led me to train as a Homeopath so I could share this form of natural healing with other parents.
I am a passionate advocate for using homeopathic remedies and other forms of natural medicine to support mental health, having experienced severe anxiety and low moods in my post partum period; I combined a holistic approach, alongside my faith, I used homeopathy, CBT and Mindfulness to strengthen my resilience and find a greater sense of joy and purpose in my life.
In 2013, I trained as a meditation, mindfulness and relaxation Instructor, I have since used this tool to support my clients, both one to one and in the workplace, teaching and facilitating sessions and workshops in cultivating peace and strengthening your resilience to stress. I am an advocate for empowering people to make connections between their physical, mental and emotional health and have seen many people's stress levels reduce and health improve just by including simple mindfulness practices in their daily life.
A little more about me…
I have an online practice where I specialise in supporting women, mums and children with homeopathic healthcare consultations, I see people all over the UK.
I teach a regular course for parents that would like an introduction in to using homeopathy.
I value integrity, professionalism, compassion and non judgmental listening.
I hold a safe and confidential space for anyone that I see in my practice, I believe that being listened to with an open heart and present mind is just as healing as taking a remedy.

Licentiate in Homeopathy with the Southern College of Homeopathy - 9 years + of clinical experience in both acute and chronic health conditions (including 5 + years in a homeopathic pharmacy).

Australian Bush Flower essence practitioner (distinction) - 20 years of clinical experience of prescribing for mental and emotional health.

Mindfulness, meditation and relaxation Instructor with Smart Foundations - 10 years of practice in both corporate setting and private clinic of supporting people to manage stress and to rewire their nervous system to find more joy in day-to-day life.

Experience of being both a service user and group facilitator for a CBT group for anxiety disorders.

Holistic Therapist - 20 + years of practice as a mind/body therapist; using holistic massage, reflexology, pregnancy and post-natal therapies and reiki to support people to release deep held tension in the body and promote health and relaxation.
